This is one of the key features of NACS .Under this initiative, carrier guidance is provided to aspirants who aspire to become and IAS officer. For this one day workshop is taken in any renowed college or university at district level in which newly selected IAS officers interact with college students and motivate them to join civil services.
During the interaction, IAS toppers tell students about the syllabus of the examination, details of books and others study materials, how to crack IAS and also clear various doubts / myths related to preparation of IAS exam.
